----------Gallagher and Stein is a full service Law Office with a friendly and efficient staff of three full time secretaries and the most modern of computer equipment so as to serve your every need.

----------While our practice is general in nature, a few of the areas we tend to concentrate on are explained more fully in the attached pages. To give an idea of what charges might be expected we have attached estimates of the cost involved. It is important to note that these are only estimates and they assume that there are no extra costs advanced or unusual problems associated with the completion of the project. Retainers may be required and if so, will be billed against until exhausted. Thereafter a monthly bill will be issued. Many times the retainer will cover most or all of the expenses involved. An administration fee of $15.00 applies to all new files opened.
